NgaJaa is designed to keep public creator information separate from private identity, contact, and payout information. This is a product preview, not the final legally reviewed privacy notice.
What is public
A creator’s approved display name, handle, bio, creator type, public links, artwork, and any totals they choose to show may appear publicly.
What stays private
Contact email, legal identity records, provider identity claims, bank details, authentication tokens, provider payloads, and supporter payment details are never public profile fields.
Supporter privacy
Supporters may remain anonymous. A name appears publicly only after explicit consent, and creator-facing records never expose supporter email addresses.
Security and retention
Sensitive data is minimized, access-controlled, logged safely, and retained only for defined operational, financial, security, or legal purposes. Production retention periods will be published before launch.
