Creator support, clearly explained
NgaJaa is a Bhutan-based platform where people can send voluntary tokens of appreciation to approved creators.
No. Support does not provide equity, ownership, profit sharing, financial return, or an automatic entitlement to goods, services, membership, or rewards.
During Phase 1, eligible content creators may apply. Every application is reviewed before a creator profile becomes public.
Not during the current Phase 1 scope. A guardian-operated model would require separate legal review, identity controls, data rules, authorization, and product approval.
No. A supporter can use an approved creator page without creating an account.
Yes. A supporter name is shown only after explicit consent. Private supporter contact and payment information is not shown to creators.
No. Recurring support and memberships are deferred future features.
Payments are not yet available. You can review the amount and 5% fee split, but NgaJaa will not create or complete a payment.
The approved Phase 1 platform fee is 5%. Before checkout, you see the gross amount, NgaJaa fee, creator net amount, currency, and consent wording.
Completed support is generally final. NgaJaa may review confirmed unauthorized activity, duplicate processing, technical error, fraud, a provider-required reversal, or another circumstance required by law. Provider and ledger evidence must verify the transaction.
A creator submits an application and supporting work. An authorized reviewer may approve it, reject it with a reason, or request changes. Only approved creators are public.
No. Authentication proves control of a login method. Creator identity, eligibility, payout verification, and compliance review are separate decisions.
Creator balances come from the platform ledger. Public creator pages do not expose private balances.
Payout processing is not currently available. When enabled, a creator request will require separate maker and checker review before any external settlement.
This FAQ is a policy preview of NgaJaa's current product rules, not final legal text. It is not legally approved policy until launch requires it to be.
